The rehabilitation center aims at mitigating the impact of climate change and natural disasters on the mental health and well-being of the affected citizens. The project incorporates a range of design strategies to address the risks of flash floods and to provide rapid clinical access to assessment of psychological problems. Additionally, the project offers expressive & occupational therapy, and engaging activities to encourage individuals to become active society members; also includes temporary accommodation for people who have lost their homes during the flooding. By providing comprehensive support to the affected citizens, the project aims to create a sustainable and resilient community in the face of climate change.
